I am responsible to this moment, this Holy present. I will watch this fly sit on a rain dripped stem with a morning sky backdrop and I will let Holy Spirit's presence rest on my cheeks, to be in this place in His kingdom.
In the worst of the worst, there will be dishes to wash and relationships to straighten, and there will be people who need a holy hug, and there will be a place for a centered, clear headed person who can stand solid and be a Jesus base for someone. And so here I am, standing here, watching flies on stems, making sure I am ready for the worst.
